Executive Personal Assistant - helps the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) organize, maintain, and grow. This requires good interpersonal and conversational skills. Must be trustworthy and can work in a domestic environment, providing work/home balance support for the CEO. Assistants work directly alongside the CEO and may be required to travel to perform normal duties.
Human Resources Manager - oversees the daily administrative functions including, planning, coordinating, directing activities, staffing, and dealing with employee questions / concerns. Acting as a liaison between leadership and employees, they play an important role in building and maintaining company culture through the hiring process and employee relations.
Operations Coordinator - assists with the management of administrative tasks and daily business activities. "Operations" must be able to resolve problematic situations efficiently with skill. The responsibilities include assisting with HR allocation, organize company events, assisting with employee training, managing budgets, and assist with clients. Ultimately, one must be able to ensure the smooth operations of a business.
Stylist Salon Manager - directs and oversees the daily operations of the Company's “Standard of Excellence,” managing a team of stylists while creating a welcoming and positive environment for clients. Make sure the salon is profitable and have a healthy client base while hiring high-performing stylists.
Assistant Salon Manager - performs duties such as budgeting, recruitment, marketing, and client service. A day may begin with placing vendor orders for retail products and end with providing hands-on instruction to a new stylist. More importantly, as an Assistant Salon Manager, over 60% of responsibilities will be a stylist as priority.
Salon Coordinator - provides support for salon and managers. This includes servicing customers and prospects, managing salespeople and solicitors, assisting with events, managing retail products, cleaning and upkeep of the salon and office locations, and administrative duties.
Assistant Salon Coordinator - provides customer service by directing clients and guests to their required destination. Must have the ability to work with a variety of people to provide excellent customer service. Must work great as a team with all departments, staff, and future employees with positivity.
Hair Stylist - has a creative eye for design to fill the position of Hair Stylist. A candidate needs to be an expert "people persons" to attract and retain long term customers. This requires good interpersonal and conversational skills.
Hair Braider - specializes in creating different types of braids for clients, in a salon capacity. Usually, a braider is expected to perform other hair styling duties as well but may be considered an expert in this area. Working as a hair braider means that you will be in constant contact with clients whose hair needs to stay treated and maintained – communication skills are required.
Locticians - undertake training, must also establish a name for themselves in a fast-growing market. Knowledge of how to properly shampoo and prep the scalp and hair, do palm rolling, crochet, and comb techniques, apply color, set rods, rollers, pipes, and do advanced styles, such as fishtails and up-dos is needed.
eCommerce Sales Representative - is responsible for direct sales of hair products, services, and education into new and existing online/inline retail accounts. This role will focus on developing, implementing, and managing a sales strategy to achieve aggressive sales goals. Also, assist in the acquisition of new vendors and product lines to expand the Company's portfolio.
eCommerce Handler (Shipping/Receiving) - is a dedicated professional who brings an extremely high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate values accuracy, accountability, organization, and can maintain a clean work area. Be efficient and quick, meet daily expectations and is able to multi-task while maintaining organization and cleanliness of the dispensary. The Handler follows all of the Company's SOPs and has excellent punctuality and attendance.
Training Instructor - provides occupational guidance. Teaches individual skills and knowledge they need to be successful in the Cosmetology Industry. Perform skills assessments or tests, to track individual progress are required. Candidate will be instrumental to the success of these individuals. Candidate must also have significant experience in vocational training. You must have strong teaching and verbal communication skills.

DURING THE INTERVIEW:
You are one step closer to joining the team and it's time for your interview. Our interview is a thorough audition, giving you an opportunity to showcase your qualifications and ensure you are the best candidate for the position. Interviews are held as a group in three parts: registration, demonstration, and explanation.
